Psychotherapy
Individual, group, family, and conjoint psychotherapy provides outpatient sessions including assessment, a variety of treatment approaches, diagnosis, and recommendations.
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Services
Child and adolescent psychiatry services are provided by a licensed psychiatrist including evaluations, medication management, and consultation.
Other Counseling Services
Other counseling services include working with individuals with disabilities, physical challenges, acute or chronic illness, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and bio-feedback. Substance Abuse assessments and referrals are offered.
Directions
PAR Rehab Services is located off Pine Tree Road 1/2 mile South of Jolly Road just west of the 127 overpasses. Take Pine Tree Road South 1/2 mile to Patient Care Drive. Turn left on Patient Care Drive and go to the building on the left. We are in building 3960, suite 104. Enter through the South entrance.
From I-96 East
Take 96 West to 127 North. Take 127 North to Jolly Road exit. At traffic light, turn right onto Dunckel Road. At traffic light turn left onto Jolly Road. Continue East on Jolly Road, take a right on Pine Tree Road. Continue South to Patient Care Drive. Turn left, proceed to South entrance of building number 3960. PAR is located in suite 104.
From I-96 West
Take 96 East to 69 East to 127 South. Take 127 South to Jolly Road exit. At traffic light, turn right onto Dunckel Road. At traffic light turn left onto Jolly Road. Continue East on Jolly Road, take a right on Pine Tree Road. Continue South to Patient Care Drive. Turn left, proceed to South entrance of building number 3960. PAR is located in suite 104.
